* Shipping address in your paypal account MUST BE the same as the one you enter on our website before placing the order.

• Canada customers: No added fees on reception!
  
• USA customers: No added fees on reception! You will see a “tax” line in the checkout, this is the prepaid fees (DDP).
• Outside Canada and USA customers: Import fees will be shown on the tracking page. Please monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website using your tracking number. When you make an order on our website you agree to pay the import fees. If you refuse to pay the import fees: the package will be returned to us and we will be forced to pay those fees, so we will refund you your order minus the import fees. Please understand this is out of our control.
